Due to high demand and customer requests, we will be accepting credit card payments for the purchase of our splice detector technology.  This ability will be activated shortly once all security measures are taken to keep confidential all possible intrusions.  for the time being, we will take phone orders.  Those that wish to use this service should have handy all pertinent information prior to ordering.  A 5% service fee is applied to credit card orders only.

Standard orders are placed by either calling, faxing or emailing your purchase order direct to our office.  pricing is available by quotation only.  Should your facility have requirements of 3 or more units, special discount rates can be applicable depending on the application, company credit history and international installation area.

For Service inquiries please email service@splicedetector.net with details of the issues so we may be able to address possible reasons to include incorrect electrical hookup, machine vibration, web flutter, or other potential application challenges of your particular installation.  Should you have an older system provided by Nash & Harrison, Leigh Controls or R.K.B., please contact our office to request our refurbish quotation which will bring your unit up to current mechanical/electrical standards.
