Standard orders are placed by either calling, faxing or emailing your purchase order direct to our office. pricing is available by quotation only. Should your facility have requirements of 3 or more units, special discount rates can be applicable depending on the application, company credit history and international installation area.

If you are a current user of our splice detection solutions, whether you purchased directly with us or by way of OEM (i.e., came on a sheeters, slitter, etc..) you are eligible for preferred pricing on additional units (*Please note the serial number of the unit or units you currently have if purchased via OEM).

For Service inquiries please email service @ splicedetector.net with details of the issues so we may be able to address possible reasons to include incorrect electrical hookup, machine vibration, web flutter, or other potential application challenges of your particular installation. Should you have an older system provided by Nash & Harrison, Leigh Controls or R.K.B., please contact our office to request our refurbish quotation which will bring your unit up to current mechanical/electrical standards.
